Q. Am I guaranteed a race packet and race shirt if I pre-register?
A. While there are no absolute guarantees, anyone who pre-registers will get a race packet (when available from sponsors) and a race t-shirt. We do our best to guess how many people will be registering on race day and order shirts accordingly. When we run out of shirts we offer a discounted race day registration fee. Online registration is available until 2 days before our events for those making last minute racing decisions.

Q. What happens if there is bad weather?
A. Sometimes "bad" weather makes for great racing. Our events go on "Rain or Shine" and as a result there are no refunds. We would only postpone an event for safety reasons (i.e. lightning in the race area).

Q. What happens if I pre-register and then I can't make the race?
A. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds. Our events are much like a music concert. If you miss the concert, you don't get a refund. Our money is spent whether or not an individual racer is able to make it. However, if you are able to notify us that you will not be attending, we can set aside your race t-shirt for you to pick up at our next event.
